You’re near the I-15 and I-215 interchange — making this an excellent base for getting anywhere in the Las Vegas valley quickly. Town Square Las Vegas is about 1.5 miles away, and South Point Hotel & Casino is less than a mile. Easy access, great neighborhood.
WHAT SUITE OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT EMERALD SUITES SOUTH?
Emerald Suites South offers furnished one-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/one-bath suites. Every suite comes with a full kitchen — stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher — plus air conditioning, cable TV with ESPN and HBO, and tile or wood-style laminate flooring. All suites are move-in ready. No need to bring anything beyond your bags, linen, toiletries, and dishes.
DO I NEED A LEASE TO STAY AT EMERALD SUITES SOUTH?

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE WEEKLY OR MONTHLY RATE?
Your stay includes utilities, parking, and complimentary coffee during office hours. The full kitchen means you can skip expensive restaurant and delivery bills — a real financial advantage on longer stays. WHAT AMENITIES DOES EMERALD SUITES SOUTH HAVE ON-SITE?
The community has a pool, a fitness facility, on-site laundry facilities, meeting room, a dog run, on-call maintenance, security with open parking — all on the property. The dog run alone makes this one of the more pet-forward extended-stay communities in southern Las Vegas.
IS EMERALD SUITES SOUTH PET-FRIENDLY?
Very much so. Dogs and cats are welcome — up to two pets per suite. A pet fee is due at move-in, and weekly or monthly pet rent applies. Breed restrictions and weight limits are in place. There’s also an on-site dog run, which is a legitimately useful amenity if you’re staying for a while. Contact the leasing office to confirm your specific pet situation before booking.
WHAT RESTAURANTS ARE NEAR EMERALD SUITES SOUTH?
Steiner’s Pub is about 0.7 miles away and a reliable neighborhood bar and grill. The Bootlegger Italian Bistro — a longtime Las Vegas institution with live entertainment — is about two miles out. Black Bear Diner is roughly 1.8 miles away for a hearty, diner-style meal. South Point Hotel & Casino at under a mile has multiple dining options under one roof. WHAT PARKS ARE NEAR EMERALD SUITES SOUTH?
Sunset Park — one of the most popular parks in the Las Vegas Valley with a lake, sports courts, and walking paths — is about four miles away. Rainbow Family Park is roughly three miles out for something closer to home. Our community is surrounded by parks, which are located nearby:
- Silverado Ranch Park (1.0 miles)
- A Dog park 1.1 miles on Gilespie St.
- Hidden Palms Park (1.9 miles) and
- Duck Creek Park (1.7 Miles)
HOW IS THE FREEWAY ACCESS FROM EMERALD SUITES SOUTH?
About as good as it gets in Las Vegas. The I-15 is roughly half a mile from the property, and the I-215 Beltway is about a mile away. RTC Bus Route 117 has stops within walking distance. Getting anywhere in the valley — Henderson, downtown Las Vegas, the Strip, the airport — is fast from this address.
